The technician, Damon, was confronted with an antenna fault in the ceiling of my caravan. Poor installation of the cabling at the time of the caravan manufacture made for a very difficult repair. The technician laboured for over two (2) hours to repair the problem. I was totally satisfied with the outcome and commend Damon for his professionalism and perseverance.
