This is a very brief note to let you know how delighted I am with the service I have just received.
The first pleasant surprise was a phone call from him (the technician) to advise me that he would be a little later than expected, (that is such a rarity!)
The second was that he was thoughtful enough to remove his shoes before he came in, even though I didn’t expect him to.
And the most important of all, was that he was able to adjust my T.V so that I can receive channels I was unable to before, and the receptions are spot on. All with a big smile and a courteous manner!
