APPLAUDING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM LOCAL BUSINESSES
Local business, take a bow. At 5pm on Monday, I put on the TV for the news before a message came up that the TV was not tuned in.
I scanned the Yellow pages and placed a call to a local electronics installer who spent 20 minutes talking me through the process of getting a signal until he pinned the fault to an antenna problem. There was no charge for this patient and courteous service.
An immediate after-hours call to an antenna company, and another technician went through the whole process with me – another 15 minutes or so – before determining I had an electrical fault. No charge for this patient and courteous service either.
Another after-hours call to an electrical company, and within minutes the van had pulled into my driveway. Minutes later he pulled out again – problem solved. Exactly one hour later I was watching the 6pm news.
Hats off to you guys. Your customer service was excellent and long may your businesses – All Together Now (electronics), Sunshine Antenna Service, Keith and Atkinson Electrical – flourish.
