It wasn’t easy to nail the problem with our TV reception which, ultimately, was found to be caused by Telstra’s 4G network implementation in our area.
It was great detective work by Paul and Phil to identify and solve the problem. They didn’t give up until our reception was perfect again and the final service fee was very, very reasonable when you consider all the time and effort put in by them both.
