Technical Team:

Peter Dwan

Peter is passionate about technology and driven by a curiosity for how things work.

With years of experience in team management and telecommunications, he is well equipped to handle the technical side of the business and deliver the solutions clients need.

Outside of work, Peter recharges through 4WD camping adventures and the occasional round of golf, where consistent practice is steadily improving his game.

Facundo Del Rio

Facundo and his beautiful partner migrated to Australia from Argentina and after spending a little while in Perth they decided to chase the waves and move to the Sunny Coast.

Facundo comes to us with 6 years experience in the Telecommunications Communications Industry and a keen interest in helping to solve problems.

When not solving all your antenna and data issues, you will find Facundo catching the waves on a sunny day or playing his electric drums.

Franz Reiher

Franz brings years of IT experience to the team, with a strong technical background and a practical approach to problem-solving.

He enjoys working hands-on to deliver reliable solutions and support clients’ needs.

Outside of work, Franz stays active by playing sport, walking his dog, and unwinding with PC gaming.

Administration Team:

Marley Ryan

Marley brings years of business ownership and management experience, along with administration, sales, and customer service experience.

Customer-forward by nature, Marley values transparency, honesty, and sustainability, and is proud to be part of a company that has served the community for nearly 40 years.

Outside of work, Marley develops and writes original recipes with an obsession for Australian bush foods. She also enjoys hiking in the beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterland.

Jahme McLaughlin

Jahme has an extensive background in Business Management and has spent the last few years running a small delivery company on the Sunny Coast.

With exceptional organisation skills, Jahme will have your job scheduled in the most timely fashion.

Jahme has just welcomed her first child into the world and while she is taking a small break to enjoy being a mother, we look forward to her return in 2026.

Mandy White

Mandy is the engine behind the scenes at Sunshine Antenna Service. After more than 20 years with Sunshine Antenna Service, she balances the books just as confidently as she manages the people side of the business, ensuring both the team and customers are well looked after.

Managing much of the business remotely, when Mandy isn’t actively working on the business you’ll find her in the cooler climate of Melbourne, enjoying a good craft project and putting her creative skills to use.

Phil White (1958-2023)

Our illustrious leader sadly left us in September 2023. While his physical presence is truly missed, his spirit lives on through his team and the legacy he left that is all things Sunshine Antenna Service. We strive to do him proud every single day.
