I had phoned another TV repair company prior to calling you and was told it would cost more to fix than to buy a new one, and was devastated because I couldn’t afford a new one, and my TV had previously appeared in excellent condition.
It’s great to see that there are still some knowledgeable people in the business who are prepared to offer advice and not rip people off.
