Hi, I don’t know if you saw a letter to the editor in today’s Sunshine Coast Daily (top of page 23).
I wrote it because I was very impressed with the help that you provided me on Monday evening. Your technician guided me through a series of processes over the phone at no charge before booking me in for a house call early the next day if the problem was not solved before. He also suggested by a process of elimination that I had an electrical fault – which proved to be the case.
I believe good customer service should be acknowledged.
