I am writing to let you know that my partner and I have been so very impressed and extremely pleased with the service provided from every section of your business.
We found the office staff members to be very professional and informative. It did not matter which staff member we spoke with in the office to discuss our plasma requirements, everyone knew what was happening and /or dealt with our requests with such importance.
My partner was so very impressed by your technician – not only was he on time, presentable, respectful and knowledgeable, he was extremely communicative. The technician even asked the question, if he was happy with everything, and cleaned up his work area, as if he was never there.
The follow up for the next appointment was efficient and effective, otherwise we would have forgotten. And then we had the same friendly and fantastic service the second-time round at our office.
