There is nothing more frustrating than having a strong TV signal in the bedroom, but no signal in the loungeroom – despite both rooms being connected to the same satellite dish!
Dealing with Martin on the phone was a pleasure, and your technician Gerry arrived on time despite a bit of a hike from Maroochydore to Kin Kin. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Gerry diagnosed the issue immediately and expertly rectified the problem – and the signal in the loungeroom has remained much stronger and entirely consistent since his visit.
Huge thanks to Martin, Gerry and all at Sunshine Antenna Service for an exceptional, first-rate service which is vastly superior to some of the dodgy operators out there. Even though we hope we won’t experience any future issues with our reception, we will not hesitate to contact you again if we do.
