Sometimes we come across a situation where the old mast is much taller than it needs to be, like in this picture, the top antenna is no longer connected and the lower antenna is now all that is required. The top antenna and extra high mast really needs to be removed by a professional. No-one wants an unnecessarily high mast when the storms come.
